Each Goldie Gift Co. gift box is carefully checked before being packed and sent. If the item you received is different to the one you have ordered, please get in touch so that we can replace the incorrect product with the correct item, or offer you a refund.Due to the nature of our products some products, including perishable items, will be unable to be returned or exchanged.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us via email - hello@goldiegiftco.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. 

Refunds and store credits will be issued at our discretion. If the item is available to be returned, we recommend you using a tracked service to return your items, as we will not be liable for refunds/exchanges for any undelivered goods. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and we offer free shipping within Australia on all orders over $200.

For orders under $200, we offer standard flat rate shipping of $12 and express shipping for $15. Please refer to Australia Post's shipping guidelines for delivery estimates.

All orders are shipped Monday - Thursday from the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia.
